I have a lot of interests. So many things to do.
Here's a compendium of projects and pictures of my world I share with you.
I often advocate for improvements to the public education system in Hawai‘i. Click the button to read about my latest endeavor for change: a policy that gives non-native-English-speaking parents the right to choose their own interpreter, and the expectation being that the DOE will respect this choice by including the parents' interpreter in home-to-school-to-home communications.
Alexa is the voice of smart speakers that you hook up to a WIFI internet connection and ask to do things, like play music, or tell you the distance from Los Angeles to New York, or what time/day it is. There are many Alexa commercials on TV you can see on YouTube, but none describe what a great educational tool it is. Kids no longer have to bug their parents to ask what a word means, how to spell it, or what Rhapsody in Blue sounds like. Just have them ask Alexa. Click the button to read more.
DasKeyboard.com knows typing. Visit this page to read about the history of typing, and their Mechanical Keyboard Guide, which boasts improved productivity using a mechanical keyboard (which they happen to sell). The DasKeyboard Blog is filled with hacker facts and info about keyboards (QWERTY, DVORAK), and even offers competitive typing for those into that sort of thing. Me, I prefer to compete only against myself, but with typing and other types of skills development, that's just as satisfying -- to see your scores improve.

TIP: If you want to search for Hawaii listings, just search for "Hawai" because some are listed with the okina and some are not.
