It's easy to make a mask out of things you have at home. All you need is a piece of cloth and two rubber bands. You can use elastic hair bands, too. For cloth there are bandanas, small kitchen towels, a piece of a t-shirt, etc.
The best video to teach washing hands to make them hands safe. Not language dependent and children can understand the demonstration, too.
